How do you ship?
Bottle Stock ships USPS First Class from Los Angeles, California. All purchases under $50 are eligible for flat rate shipping of $5. All purchases over $50, receive free shipping! If expedited shipping is needed, we also offer Priorty Express shipping via USPS at an additional cost.
When do you ship?
Monday through Thursday. Most orders will be fulfilled and shipped within one to two business days of the order being processed.
Yes, we ship internationally via USPS First Class mail. For all orders shipping outside of the US the ship-to recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred. Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as “gift” or “no commercial value”. Please note Bottle Stock is unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery. For questions regarding customs fees we suggest contacting your local government. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.
Can I return my order?
Yes, we accept returns on domestic orders. We do not accept returns on international orders. Please refer to our return policies.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes, we can exchange your item. We offer exchanges on domestic orders only. We do not accept exchanges on international orders. Please email us at email@example.com to setup an exchange.
Do you offer gift wrap?
All of our shipments are thoughtfully packed and arrive to you (or a gift recipient) in a clean white box with brown kraft tissue. At checkout, you can select to include a Bottle Stock gift card (logo on front, blank on the back) with hand written message of your choice.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Not at this time, but we hope to soon!
Are the leather cocktail napkins and coasters washable?
Yes, we recommend washing by hand. Dry flat to retain their shape.
How do I specify what monogram I would like to get on the leather cocktail napkins?
You can leave your embossing preference and monogram initials (up to 3, A-Z) in the comment section at checkout. Or you can email us that information with your order number in the subject line to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long does it take to emboss the cocktail napkins?
Allow one week after placing the order for custom monogramming.
